I am currently our Creative Director and manage our website, Facebook, and other media. As well as brainstorming and helping on site at events... sometimes I'm also a Santa pet photographer in the winter!
I have volunteered with Lapcats for 3 years, I started because I adopted Jezebel, my "two face" kitty from Lapcats and loved what they did.
My favorite thing about volunteering with Lapcats is seeing all the amazing success stories, and how much love everyone has for their animals!
I currently work in our Lapcats adoption center at Petsmart. I also am our Volunteer Coordinator for new friends that want to join our team!
I have been volunteering with Lapcats for 1 year. I wanted to work with Lapcats because I liked that the cats from the county shelter were actively being taken out of that environment and going to foster, then adopted!
The thing I like the most about volunteering here is seeing the cats get their new homes... follow-up pictures and videos. Outcomes!

I am a cat and kitten socialization/playtime volunteer during the week. I also bring my camera in to try and get purrfect portraits of our kitties!
I am newer to the team and started Summer 2016. I previously volunteered for Happy Tails and decided to give Lapcats a try, thank you Mary Ellen!
Although fairly new, my favorite thing is everyone seems great and I love that the kitties are fostered when not at the center, which gives them more personal attention.
I provide foster care and housing for cats that Lapcats takes in. This helps them adapt and take breaks from the adoption center while they are looking for their forever home!
I have been volunteering with Lapcats for a year, and joined the team because I wanted to help save cats too.
My favorite thing about volunteering at Lapcats is hearing the adoption stories and updates. All the volunteers are such a great group to work with!
I am a purrfect pals cat socializer. Giving loves and listening to what the cats have to say is what I like to do best. I also substitute for cleaning and feeding sessions.
I have been volunteering with Lapcats for 8 years! It started as an idea and invitation from Barbara Doty, President/Co-Founder of Lapcats. Just after my third adoption, when Gus came home, that I continued visiting the adoption center again and again.
My favorite thing about volunteering with Lapcats is getting to know all of the different personalities each cat has. Its nice to communicate your understanding of them.
