LAPCATS IS NOT A PUBLIC SURRENDER FACILITY.
Our adoption center is located at 8215 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove. At this location, we have a select group of available cats for adoption. All our other cats not at the center are in foster care with a Lapcats volunteer.
