​LAPCATS IS NOT A PUBLIC SURRENDER FACILITY.

Our adoption center is at 8215 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove where we have a select group of available cats for adoption.
All others are in foster care with a volunteer.

We are partners with the Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation department.
All of our cats are rescued from the Sac County Shelter located at 3839 Bradshaw Rd. Sac 95827.
