She is going to be a family cat but it is the daughters birthday today and as far as she knew Mom was running errands.

This is Cami and clearly she made herself at home on my bag. I love the picture of her with the Spay it Forward flyers. She could be our little poster child for the program.
The picture of both Chip and Dale is from about 2 hours after they arrived here at the house. They explored every nook and crany. The only place Chip hasn't been able to get to is the top of the fridge. There isn't a way for him to get up there, but he's still curious. Like I mentioned earlier they did cry quite a bit last night, but that's to be expected. Between wandering the house checking everything out, they would come snuggle up on the bed with me through the night and by this morning they seemed to become more comfortable with their surroundings. :-)
When I came home this afternoon, I called them and they came out and greeted me. They both let me love on them and I received lots of purrs, head rubs, leg rubs and meows. They are just two bundles of furry love. The other two photos of the two of them after I sat down this evening to watch some TV. They take turns lying next to me or walking across my lap. Dale seems to really like the blanket on the other couch, so he's on it right now. I do have one concern. Chip's sneezing has turned into something that sounds like a cross between a sneeze and a cough. He doesn't do it very often, I'd say I've heard it about 4 or 5 times this evening. It doesn't seem to slow him down much. He still follows me around and is still curious about every cabinet door I open. Last night I used FaceTime with Erik so he could see and hear the boys and he cannot wait to get home tomorrow and meet them. Hollis |
