Sweet Molly (now Meeps) was rescued from the shelter in 2012 at the height of kitten season. We found her in the back of the shelter in the ISO ward because she had a severe case of upper respiratory ( a kitty cold) and had been abandoned. She had a microchip with a dead-end somebody abandoned her and she was scheduled to be euthanized because of her illness, her age (10+) and she was also FIV+. After many, many months in foster care, her perfect family came along. They did not care about her advanced age nor her FIV status. All they saw was a loving and beautiful cat who needed a home. Erin and Daniel adopted her, renamed her Meeps and came back several months later for a friend and adopted our Cheerio! As you can see from this video, nothing has crushed her spirit and age her is irrelevant. Meeps will forever be a kitten and we will never forget her❤️
